What’s with all this Facebook hate?

Ok, ok. I’ll admit it. I hated on it too.

But, now I’m in love with it. And, here’s why.

Facebook is now in the storytelling business. Facebook has taken what no other social network has — history on its users — and turned it into a truly emotional experience.

As a result, marketers must acknowledge that success lies in providing content that connects with the 800MM Facebook users at an emotional, personally-relevant level.
